Garlic Butter Seafood Mix

Ingredients:

200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

200g squid (sliced into rings)

200g mussels (cleaned)

4 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

Juice of 1 lemon

2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Pan – In a large pan, heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Garlic – Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the Seafood – Toss in shrimp, squid, and mussels. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sauté Until Cooked – Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Shrimp should turn pink, and mussels should open.
  5. Add Butter & Lemon – Reduce heat, add remaining butter, lemon juice, and chili flakes (if using). Stir to coat everything.
  6. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or crusty bread.
